关于甲方委托乙方为其提供网络推广展示包装及信息化方面的服务事宜，甲乙双方本着平等自愿、互利有偿、诚实守信的原则，为明确双方责任，依据中华人民共和国相关法律，经双方协商，达成如下协议。

*乙方利用其在网络、信息渠道、专业人员的知识和经验等方面的优势，根据甲方需求，为甲方手中藏品提供如下免费服务内容：

* 乙方为甲方藏品免费制作 高清图录（彩页）发送给甲方；

* 乙方将甲方藏品免费发布在 全球知名网络平台及国内知名的艺术品网络平台

* 乙方为甲方藏品免费上传中国中信艺术品销售网宣传、推广、展示；

* 乙方为甲方藏品免费上传 容艺网 宣传、推广、展示；

* 乙方为甲方藏品免费上传 私人博物馆网 宣传、推广、展示；

* 乙方为甲方藏品免费上传雅昌艺术网 宣传、推广、展示；

* 乙方为甲方藏品免费制作藏品秀及制作艺术品宣传视频、推广展示；

*、乙方为甲方藏品免费制作中文简介并同步上传宣传网站、推广展示；

* 乙方为甲方藏品免费制作英文简介 并同步上传宣传网站、推广展示；

* 乙方为甲方藏品免费制作日文简介 并同步上传宣传网站、推广展示；

* 乙方为甲方藏品每周一上午发送 邮件 推荐销售；

* 乙方为甲方藏品 电话 推荐销售；

* 乙方免费为甲方藏品做 永久性 备案；

* 乙方联合 中国中信艺术品销售（集团）有限公司 每周六、周日，为甲方藏品免费提供 大型网络艺术品推荐销售会 ；

* 乙方为甲方藏品制作17项服务，并进行同步宣传、推广、包装。

*、乙方所有员工不存在对甲方物品进行任何鉴定、定名、定代、定价等行为及能力，乙方任何人员提供的亦仅为参考意见，并非代表甲方提供藏品图片判断的最终结果，甲方应对自己的所有物品有一定的了解，并作出最后是否委托乙方提供服务的决定；

*、甲乙双方签署本协议表示接受本协议为公平协议，不得视为不公平协议，若发生双方因此协议不公平为由拒绝本协议或向乙方索赔视为违约；
